Desmond Tutu Peace Lab adopts a new name, new faculty support
The peace lab is currently working on projects involving children of incarcerated parents in addition to work with the Martin Luther King Community Center.
Butler’s 2018 Homecoming theme: superheroes
SGA homecoming committee pairs Greek houses with residential facilities to create homecoming teams. Teams are then assigned a category within the superhero theme to personify in their lawn decorations and Yell Like Hell skit.
BUPD, SGA hold town hall meeting to discuss suspicious activity on campus
On Sept. 20, the Student Government Association, in conjunction with the Butler University Police Department, hosted a town hall meeting in Irvington House to address recent campus safety concerns.

BUPD responds to suspicious activity on Hampton Drive

Friday marked the start of the First Friday at Four meetings for the 2018-19 school year. All members of the Butler community were invited to gather in the Diversity Center on the lower level of Atherton to talk about what’s on their mind.
