**Online edition rates represent the cost PER week of running the ad for the time period listed. One semester is 12 weeks. One academic year is 24 weeks.

We ask that advertisers send us a JPEG file of their ad in the dimensions specified, along with a URL that the ad is to take visitors when clicked. If you need help creating an ad, please let us know – we can make a basic ad using your logo and text for an additional $15.

The Collegian accepts advertising from sources within the university and from outside vendors and/or businesses. The Collegian will not knowingly accept any advertisement that is defamatory, pornographic, promotes academic dishonesty, violates any federal, state or county laws, or encourages discrimination against any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, sexual orientation, color creed, religion, national origin or disability. The Collegian reserves the right to reject ads considered distasteful or defamatory. The Collegian reserves the right to edit, properly classify, cancel or decline any advertising. If an advertisement is denied publication, all material will be returned to the advertiser.

All advertising is placed at the discretion of The Collegian staff. Preferred placement or positioning cannot be guaranteed. The views expressed in the advertising in The Collegian may not necessarily be the views of The Collegian staff. Advertising in the paper should not be seen as an endorsement for the product.
