Butler files lawsuit against Metro Diner, says restaurant breached lease agreement
Butler University has filed a lawsuit against the Metro Diner restaurant chain over the sudden March 4 closing of the on-campus Sunset Avenue diner location. The case was filed against Florida-based Metro Diner LLC and MD Midwest LLC and MD Original LLC — which are affiliates of the diner chain — on Oct. 31, according to a case summary.
