The Bulldogs were defeated at home against the San Diego Toreros and fall 2-4 on the season.
The Bulldogs completed a three set sweep to move their record to 9-9 and 3-2 in the Big East.
After defeating the UConn Huskies 3-0, the Bulldogs remain the only undefeated team in conference play.

Barry Keane leads the men to a third place finish at the invitational loaded with some of the top teams in the nation. The women’s team had a great individual race of their own taking 11th.
Butler Volleyball traveled to Pennsylvania to face Villanova on Saturday, Oct. 2. The team fell to the Wildcats 0-3 in sets.

After the victory, the Bulldogs are now tied with St. John’s for first in the conference as both teams own Big East records of 2-0.
