No. 4 Butler ends season with Sweet 16 loss against No. 1 North Carolina

The No. 4 seed Butler men’s basketball team fell 92-80 to the No. 1 seed North Carolina Tar Heels in the Sweet 16 on March 24 in Memphis, Tenn. The Bulldogs end the year with a 25-9, 12-6 Big East record.

The No. 4 seed Butler men’s basketball team led wire to wire against No. 12 seed Middle Tennessee on March 18 in Milwaukee, Wis. to advance to the Sweet 16 in Memphis, Tenn. They will face either the No. 1 seed North Carolina or the No. 8 seed Arkansas on March 24.

Successful spring break places Butler baseball in tie for second in Big East

The Butler University baseball team played seven games in three locations, ending spring break with a 4-3 record The record ties the team with Georgetown for second place in the Big East Conference.
