Metro Diner on Butler campus closed
Metro Diner, located in the Butler University parking garage on Sunset Avenue, is closed effective March 4. Employees were told in a staff meeting the night of March 3, after the diner closed its doors for what would be the last time.
Aramark out after 20 years at Butler, replaced by Bon Appetit
Frank Ross, vice president of student affairs, announced on Feb. 19 that Bon Appetit will replace Aramark Corporation as Butler University’s new dining partner starting May 13.
College of Education dean retiring at end of academic year
Ena Shelley, dean of the College of Education, will retire at the end of the 2018-2019 academic year after 37 years at Butler.
