Blaire Trusty, a senior art and design major, has created a bulldog piece each year of school. The art ranges from acrylic paint on a traditional canvas, statues and digital paintings.

Butler Blue’s collar, used for the changing of the collar ceremony, is insured by student-run insurance group, Captive at a value of $9,200. The collar was created and donated in 2012 by Reis-Nichols Jewelers.
Blue begins puppy training, mascot training to come
Blue started puppy training on Feb. 3 at Bark Tutor School for Dogs, where he will spend every day for three weeks under head trainer Bradley Phifer’s guidance. Blue III also completed his puppy training here.
