2. Latino Student Union Callout Meeting

5. Money Strong: Becoming Money Strong in College & Beyond

When: Sept. 14 at 5 p.m.

Where: Jordan Hall 141

Why attend: Building responsible financial habits in college only sets students up for post-grad success, but learning how to do that is intimidating. This presentation will provide easy financial solutions and address concerns that many college kids share. Anyone can show up and no pre-registration is required. Attending this meeting also fulfills a Butler Cultural Requirement (BCR).

6. Tuesday Spotlight Series — Blue’s Soda Bar

When: Sept. 15 at 1 p.m.

Where: Atherton North Mall

Why attend: UPC is bringing a dirty soda bar to campus as a Homecoming week celebration. Students can choose from any of the drinks on the Blue’s Soda Bar menu or customize their own creations, free of charge.

7. Counseling and Consultation Services presents: Self-Care in Action

When: Sept. 15 at 5 p.m.

Where: HRC 154

Why attend: College is a busy and stressful time. With assignments, clubs, exams, friends, internships and more to juggle, it is easy for students to neglect their mental wellbeing, which is why Butler’s Counseling and Consultation Services (CCS) is presenting on how to take care of oneself. This presentation is open to anyone who is interested and is a BCR credit.
