Men’s track and field at Meyo Invitational
The men’s track & field team will travel to the University of Notre Dame for the annual Meyo Invitational. The Bulldogs are coming off a solid performance at the Indiana University Relays last weekend. Senior distance runner Jesse Hamlin broke the school record by placing second in the 800 meters at 1:49:21, while graduate Barry Keane also earned a second-place finish in the 3000 meters.
Women’s track and field at Meyo Invitational
The women’s track & field team will also head to Notre Dame to run in the Meyo Invitational. The women also had several runners place among the top finishers at both the Indiana University Relays and the University of Illinois Challenge. In Bloomington, graduate student Angelina Ellis crossed the finish line second in the 3000 meters at 9:23:69, while Niki Ezeh competed unattached at the Illini Challenge and clinched the top spot in the pentathlon.
Saturday, Feb. 4
Men’s tennis vs. Cleveland State and Findlay
The men’s tennis team will travel to Cleveland, Ohio, to compete in a doubleheader against Cleveland State, beginning at 10 a.m., and the University of Findlay at 2 p.m. The Bulldogs are currently 4-3 since beginning their spring season play after defeating UIC, IUPUI, Youngstown State and Illinois State.

Men’s basketball vs. No. 14 Marquette
The Bulldogs will make their way north to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to take on the Golden Eagles. Tip-off is scheduled for 2 p.m. and will be streamed on FS1 as well as on WXNT 1430AM. This will be Butler’s first time facing Marquette this season.
Women’s basketball vs. Villanova
The women’s basketball team will tip off against Villanova at 2 p.m. in Hinkle Fieldhouse. In their previous matchup, the Bulldogs fell to the Wildcats 68-58. The game will air on FloSports/Butler+. This past weekend, Butler led Marquette throughout the duration of the game but fell to the Golden Eagles at the buzzer 65-63 after a last-second putback by Emily La Chapell.
Sunday, Feb. 5
Women’s tennis vs. Cleveland State
The women’s tennis team will travel to Cleveland, Ohio, to take on the Cleveland State Vikings. The Bulldogs are coming off a 6-1 home win against Bowling Green, taking all three doubles matches and five of the six singles matches.
Monday, Feb. 6
Men’s golf at Big East Match Play
The men’s golf team will kick off their spring season in West Palm Beach, Florida, in the Big East Match Play Tournament. Four Big East teams will go head to head in match play format.
Tuesday, Feb. 7
Men’s basketball vs. St. John’s
The men’s basketball team will return to Hinkle Fieldhouse to take on the Red Storm. Tip-off is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. and the game will stream on FS1 and WXNT 1430AM. Earlier in the season the Bulldogs fell to the Red Storm 77-61 on the road.
