Bulldogs add Class of 2015 recruit Nate Fowler

BY: MATTHEW VANTRYON | SPORTS EDITOR

The Butler men’s basketball team added another piece to the future of the program Tuesday night, as junior Nate Fowler of Moeller High School in Cincinnati, Ohio, verbally committed to the university.

Moeller, a center, is listed as 6-foot-8 and 225 pounds. He had also received offers from Dayton, Miami (FL) and West Virginia.

Butler’s Alex Barlow also attended Moeller High School.

North Carolina transfer Tyler Lewis, Indiana transfer Austin Etherington and freshman Jackson Davis join Fowler as the newest members of the Bulldogs’ program. Etherington and Davis, in addition to incoming freshman Tyler Wideman, will be available immediately. Lewis and Fowler will be waiting in the wings.
